Mandarr Shetye

Founder & Creative Director

Mandarr’s journey in the world of animation and fine arts showcases his dedication and passion for the field. Starting as a Fine Arts graduate from JJ School of Arts, he ventured into the animation industry after a successful tenure as a Generalist with UTV. His decision to take the entrepreneurial leap in 2000 marked the beginning of his leadership role in transforming a small setup into a technologically adept studio. As a visionary artist with a keen eye for aesthetics, Mandarr plays a crucial role at V-stretch imageworks in providing artistic guidance. His involvement spans various aspects, from leading ideation sessions to overseeing creative planning and engaging in every stage of the animation process, including storyboarding and compositing. This comprehensive approach demonstrates his commitment to ensuring the artistic and technical quality of the studio’s output. Mandarr’s dual expertise in both artistic and technical aspects positions him as a valuable leader, enabling him to guide the team in consistently delivering stunning visuals. His leadership style fosters a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging the team to push boundaries and explore new creative horizons. Throughout the years, Mandarr has with his hard work and talent, left an enduring mark on the advertising landscape. His participation in the creation of numerous iconic ads stands as a testament to his influence and recognition within the industry.

Yogita, a chartered accountant, brought with her eight years of valuable corporate experience when she joined V-stretch imageworks in 2009. In her capacity at V-stretch imageworks, Yogita assumes a multifaceted role that extends beyond traditional financial responsibilities. Her role goes beyond numbers, as she actively contributes to the strategic planning process. In addition to her financial duties, Yogita is instrumental in the hiring process. Her role in human resources demonstrates a holistic approach to management, recognizing the importance of a talented and motivated workforce. By overseeing various facets of operations, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the overall efficiency of the studio. Her responsibilities include coordinating and integrating different departments, fostering collaboration, and addressing operational challenges. As a co-founder, she brings financial acumen, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to the table.

Yogita Shetye

Aniket Acharya is a senior animator and serves as the team lead at V-Stretch imageworks, bringing with him over a decade of valuable experience in the field. In his capacity as a senior animator, Aniket is responsible for creating visually stunning and compelling animations. His extensive experience in the field positions him as a key contributor to the creative aspects of projects, ensuring that the animation produced meets high standards of quality and creativity. As a team lead, Aniket plays a pivotal role in promoting unity and collaboration among team members. This involves not only overseeing the technical aspects of animation projects but also managing interpersonal dynamics within the team.
